Sacred Art: 5-Day Painting Retreat
With Paul Heussenstamm
December 1 - 6, 2019
Have you ever longed to learn how to paint? Many of our previously proclaimed “non-artists” describe the journey of learning to paint as surprising and rewarding experience that they wish they wouldn’t have found so late in their path. Being an artist is an opportunity to truly listen to your inner truth and express your heart.
Join us for our third annual painting retreat in the beautiful rolling hills of Somerset, UK. We will paint for 5 luxurious days while taking breaks to eat amazing food and explore the countryside, meditate and do yoga once per day, and generally have a fantastic time.
Accommodations, meals, painting supplies and yoga mats and meditation cushions are all included in this retreat. You will have time to create at least one, maybe two paintings in the time we have together.
We invite you to step into the unknown with us!
A Luxury Experience in this Cozy Restored Farm House
A stunning setting in the wildlands where you can paint inside or outside, whatever inspires you the most! Our group will gather each day and there will be plenty of guidance to learn techniques to bring your paintings to life. You will also have the freedom to experiment with your own flow and there is no judgement or expectation that you finish or achieve any particular result.
Sacred Art: Mandala Painting
You will learn master painting techniques combined with spritual teachings to help you listen to your heart and paint from a place of presence and connectedness. There will be many patterns to choose from for your mandala, from beginner to advanced.
We will help you select the perfect template and size of canvas to suit your experience level so that you are only slightly out of your comfort zone and return home feeling satisfied and proud of your painting.
